Wisconsin Shop Hop

During the month of June, quilt shops in the state of Wisconsin held a state wide shop hop featuring the Moda fabric collection, Wisconsin Shop Hop.  The shop hop was held June 8-24, 2012 and the participating shops were able to submit pictures of their display in a Moda Display Contest headed up by two of our fearless sales reps, Stephanie Hove and Julie Kehne.
Thank you to all who submitted a picture for the contest. It was a difficult task of judging the displays and selecting only 3 winners. If you are in the Wisconsin state area, be sure to visit the shops and congratulate them on their efforts!

Congratulations!

Shop of the Month

Springville, Utah
We can’t get enough of all the fun things you can do with Moda’s precuts. Our bakeshop features the Panache line and now we have added the Rounneries collection from French General. It is so much fun making displays from all of these collections.
We also display many nostalgic kitchen wares to make the display pop!
The mixer is filed with Hard candies. A great spot for when you need a bite of something sweet.

We have added a Moda Bakeshop Club to our class schedule.
We meet the 3rd Saturday of the Month.

Quilt-n-Bee is this month’s moda bake shop featured store. They sent us
in pictures of their moda bake shop displays. Adorable!

Sharon wrote in to us the following: Our shop is in Traverse City, Michigan, the cherry capital of the world! We are currently celebrating National Cherry Festival and of course
Moda fits in perfectly for our cherry display.
They featured Me & My Sisters, Oh Cherry Oh! collection of fabrics.

Moda Bake Shop is a great idea, we save time by using these cuts for lots of samples.
We tell our customers that Moda has given them the extra time they need
to create by doing the boring part for them with pre-cut fabric.
If you are going to Traverse City, be sure and visit their store.
